Our Mission
Our mission is to provide quality behavior analytical services through training, mentoring, public outreach and supervision to those around the world who would not normally have access to these services. We strive to provide quality research and education projects in the United States and internationally and to disseminate the results of our projects. In addition, we will provide quality behavior analytic services in the United States through social skills programs and direct ABA therapy services.
Our Goals
Our Organization Goals are the following:
To disseminate to other countries behavior analytical practices for children with developmental delays
To mentor others who want to learn and/or grow in the field of behavioral analysis
To provide quality applied behavioral analytical related services to those in need locally and internationally
To disseminate behavior analysis and use methods of behavior analysis through research and education projects.
To establish Community partnerships and provide training locally and abroad to organizations that need additional support such as churches, schools, other non-profits, etc.

Lisa Ozowara BCBA, LBA, M.A. Ed.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lisa has 21 years of experience in the early childhood education field with 10 years as a Behavior Therapist. She has 11 years of experience in early intervention, and teaching pre-K thru 6th grade. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and animals, gardening, brewing beer and traveling.

Jessica Barrientos, RBT
RBT
Jess is a Veteran who served in the U.S. Navy for 7 years. She is a mother to 2 teenage boys and considers herself a child at heart. She loves being silly and goofy and living an active lifestyle. In her spare time she appreciates board games and collecting. She enjoys fostering the imagination of our little ones and is excited to make learning a fun process for them. Her love for children and high energy make her a valuable asset and a perfect addition to the Agape team.

Vernetta Cason RBT
RBT
Vernetta has worked with children of all ages in various special education programs in the public and private sector from high school to elementary school for more than 15 years. She has also worked in the Autism program of public schools for more than 5 years. Vernetta is passionate about being a part of the growth of children no matter what age, mental health awareness, and music. She has been working as a RBT for almost 4 years now. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and music.

Sarah Ciardella RBT
RBT
Sarah‘s personal experience introduced her to the field of ABA when one of her children was diagnosed with Autism at 18 months old. She is passionate about treating all of her clients with dignity, compassion, empathy, and assumption of capability. Her favorite part of working as an RBT is that she genuinely looks forward to working with and having fun with her clients everyday. Sarah has one year of experience working as an RBT. She is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis with a minor in Special Education at Ball State University. When she’s not at work she loves spending time with her kids, reading, cross stitching, watching movies, and learning new things.

Kayla Gillespie RBT
RBT
Kayla is still new to working in ABA as an RBT. She is currently working toward her degree as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the hopes of becoming duel certified as a BCBA as well. She really loves working in the ABA world and making a difference in each persons life. When she isn’t working Kayla loves to spend time with her husband and two boys swimming or camping.

Georgia Healy RBT, B.S.
RBT
Georgia has worked as an RBT since 2020 and has 2 years of experience in childcare. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. In her free time, Georgia enjoys drawing, listening to music, and spending time with her friends and family.

Ashley Lester
Behavior Technician
Ashley is a quirky, high energy girl who loves to play video games, go to the shooting range, and is a full time dog mom of a crazy doberman and teddy bear pitbull. She attended Regent University and will be receiving her BS in Clinical Psychology in the Spring of 2025. She served 8 active duty years in the US Navy and is transferring from 5 years as a Federal Police Officer to a child oriented BT. She looks forward to aiding in the progression of this company and of her future career as an RBT!

Haaley Moreland
Administrative Manager
Haaley has been doing administrative work for several years, but is new to the ABA world. Haaley feels that her efforts are a strong way to support her coworkers out in the field. When she's not working, she enjoys being outside hiking or camping, reading, and watching tv and movies snuggled up with her husband and dogs!

Ciara has 7 years of experience in the field of ABA. She started as an RBT, gaining knowledge and experience and is now a BCaBA. She is passionate about what she does and is hopeful with every outcome, big or small, that comes from dedication to clients.

Matthew Peloquin BCBA, LBA, M.S.
BCBA Case Supervisor
Matthew (Matt) has been working in the field of ABA for 8 years and has been a BCBA for the last 4 years. Matt grew up in the suburbs of Chicago but moved around quite a bit after High School. Graduating with a bachelors in biology from Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, WV followed by a masters degree in education with a concentration in ABA from California University of Pennsylvania, proves just that. When not working with these amazing kids, Matt loves to listen to music, sing, travel with family, and watch cartoons (maintaining a "child at heart" status).

Giada had previous background experience in the special needs field for 4 years, prior to ABA. She has been in the field for 6 years, beginning as BT onto an RBT. Giada has an associates degree, and is working on towards her bachelors degree. Giada enjoys what she does, and takes pride in making an impact in her clients life. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her children, family and friends.

Rachael Pulley BCBA, LBA, M.S. ABA
RBT Coordinator
Over the past almost decade, Rachael has built a career from an RBT to BCBA. Now as the RBT Coordinator, she provides tailored trainings for each RBT to ensure quality care for clients. Her goal is to train the next generation of compassionate, professional, and ethical providers. When she’s not working, she enjoys being with her family, playing disc golf, and doing other outdoor activities.

Amber Travers BCBA, LBA, M.A. Ed.
BCBA Case Supervisor
Amber is a Virginia Tech graduate that started her career as a special education teacher for 8 years before becoming a BCBA. She has worked in both the clinic and in home setting. She loves working in ABA, but her passion is training other ABA providers. She truly believes Jimmy Buffet was correct, “If we couldn’t laugh we would all go insane.”
Meet our Board
Agape's Board consist of Board Certified Behavior Analysis and Registered Behavior Technicians. The team consist of members who have Master's Degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Early Childhood Education. Team members have over 10 years experience working with children and children with disabilities.
